How much do you charge?
That really depends on the work involved. Photo enhancement can be very involved and time consuming, so I need to know what you would like me to do to your photo before I can give you a price. Get in touch to discuss your requirements, I will always aim for the quickest turn around possible for your images.
So how do we agree a price?
First, you need to send me your photo(s) and tell me what you would like done with it/them. I will assess the project and give you a quote. I can do all of this by email. If you’re happy with the quote, then you can go ahead and place the order.
How do I pay you?
You can pay using any credit or debit card via the Paypal account. Paypal is one of the most used and trusted payment methods on the internet, and is also the default payment method for ‘ebay’ one of the world’s largest websites. Any details you give to Paypal will be completely confidential – I won’t even see your credit card details.
How do I get the photo to you?
I need a digital copy of your photo in order to work on it.
If it’s a ‘physical’ paper photo, not from a digital camera, please make sure the photo is scanned at a high resolution (300dpi or more), especially if you want me to crop it down or blow up some aspect of the image.
Save the image as a jpeg or jpg, with high quality. – if you don’t know what this means, just ask me.
Then you simply need to email me the image file to an email address that we will give you. Again, if you don’t know how to do this, just ask me and we will help.

Is the resolution really so important?
OUI OUI OUI! Especially if you want me to crop your photo, or do any detailed work. The higher the resolution the better.
Also, if you want a ‘hard copy’ of your photo printing on photo paper, then again, the higher the resolution, the better the image quality will be when printed. If your image is too low resolution, it will not print very well onto paper, especially the larger print sizes.
How long will it take?
It depends upon how much work I have on at the time.
Usually, it won’t take longer than a few days, but if you need the job done in a hurry, just ask me. Of course, there may be a little extra charge for ‘rush jobs’.
What happens when you’ve completed the work?
When I have finished enhancing the photo, I will email a watermarked to you. If you are satisfied with the work, I will send you the full sized version.
I’m not sure what I’d like doing to my photo, I just want it to look good… Can I leave it up to you ?
YES … this is MY favourite kind of job, I love to be given free reign to create interesting photos. Please see my gallery for the kind of work I love to do.
